All the possible explanations have already been listed above. Just have to wait it out and not forget that some stocks do go up 250% in a week. There just isn't enough hype and jat management do not hype up their announcements like bub did. That's the main reason bub is at this valuation if u look at past announcements management timed it perfectly.
