It is Kinder Joy that was released in the USA- they have sold 90 million . It would always have complied and was never banned.
Kinder have full distribution coverage via all their other various products and know the sales counter well with the tic tac lines.and ferrero . They were already a player in USA and have been there since the early 1970's. They are 4th largest Choc seller behind Mars, MDZ Nestle and have a mass of sub companies and products.Only 2-3 % of its world sales are in USA. They sold a massive amount via travel retail.
