2. All testing to date is positive everything is going as planned but need to finish the cycle of testing before management write up and publish the results.

If either 1. or 2. the announcement should be positive.

Agreed, but I guess that today or yesterday would have been very bad timing for the great announcement we would like to see. The current market would not help one bit.
