I am no fan of this inept BOD, or the scandalous activities of previous management which have run this company into the ground imho, but these numbers are not that bad:

Receipts from customers current quarter: $698,000
Cash and cash equivalents at end of quarter $1,526,000

Still running at a loss but for a company with a mc of just $1.5 million to have annual sales of $2.12 million and $1.5 million in the bank is pretty ridiculous imho.

It's basically trading at "cash in bank" value, with no value attributed to sales or its technology at all.
