@Yangbong - This is exactly what they do. However, I don't think this is necessarily their advantage, although the technology does help. In my mind, they're a low cost producer. Their cost to service a customer vs a larger retailer is sigifnicantly lower.
Similarly, the capital outlay for each means you have lower churn rates, because contracts average 7 years (usually between 5-10 years). This means lower cost to keep the same customer base, so should in theory result in fewer sales agents for the same number of customers - let's see how that goes.
Interested to see how their sales effort is going now. They're spending big here, but have also managed the effort very well. Let's hope Ben and Damien can continue in this fashion - they've done great so far.
