The term 'SME' is interchangeable for small business and the body corporate itself, at least when talking about electricity tariffs. Even though the sales staff sell to small business, a large part of the work is selling to body corporates, who then get residents to join as well. With one salesperson, you get 1 SME + 8 (?) resi customers (I forget the ratio).
