Its taken me a bit to find the time to take a proper read of this announcement but here are my brief thoughts for those interested.

Taking the company at their word, cash will continue to be lumpy in the short term, and while important for ensuring we stay in business, the better long term growth metric is the reported ACV.

I've run some very quick numbers of ACV against forecast rolling annual expenses (also pretty rough but came in just under $3m). Considering the last two quarters have seen ACV grow by roughly 40% qoq, I believe we could be at a forward breakeven point within 2-3 quarters (in which ACV = Total Expenses).

Low - growth at 15% qoq
Base - growth at 25% qoq
High - growth at 40% qoq


I note that this is only a forward looking measure; once ACV = Total Expenses there will be a delay before this flows through completely.
