Don't forget they are working in China.
You get 1 deal in china and it changes the dynamic of the company entirely.
ISO9001 will definitely help with this.
The board and management (esp Hackett) have put their money into this for the long run.
Patience will pay dividends eventually, (don't forget the company was in a similar position SP wise a while back and the turnaround came)
