AB1 did approx 3M (9M Rev) compared to EM1 -451k loss (no rev) - perhaps is might have an impact.
They just announced they are buying Quidd which they did a CR at a premium to the SP..
'Quidd had an average of 208,000 monthly active users for the first half of 2019,'
