You never know maybe they are wanting to acquire 5M in shares which they cannot do on market atm unless they pay more than what was offered before.

Someone could buy Yanni’s and then buy on market another 3M and actually do better buy buying this way then doing all on market.

However 2M/~50k isn’t quite where off market transfers might be used - if it was 20M in shares being offered the it isn’t out of the realm of possibility to acquire them all for 2.3c as you couldn’t acquire that many without increasing the SP but also at the same time you couldn’t sell 20M quickly without lowering it and currently sentiment is negative so finding someone to buy at a premium would be harder then finding someone at a discount.
