They have 14 million mate enough to keep the lights on and pay staff for two more quarters so something has to happen next three months

I suspect they will ANN the ten builds are underway with the kicker of a CR with that news typical spec stock play book

The only way they can get a white night to invest is by giving away a stake in the Co that would severely dilute holders if they didn’t get a chance to participate in a SPP

Unlikely I reckon they will tap holders as there does not seem anyone in any hurry to invest in a stake

A Jv with BW is all n good but it does not come with any significant cash with it just profit sharing

There has to be something happening next few weeks if they get down to 7-8 million cash that would be a concern

That is the thing they don’t seem concerned at all expanding hiring spending does not seem to be a concern in the world

So one of two things they know there is a significant game changing deal about to be done or they are hanging on a promise with one of these MOUS.

It seems a crossroad has been reached I think there’s likely something happening but they are not in a position to broker a favourable deal with 14 million

Any negotiating party simply can sit it out watch the cash dwindle the market cap break down and pick over the carcass a common thing in start ups cash is everything n

The less you have the less bargaining chips you have it gets to a point they may have to accept terms not that great for holders

Getting a deal is one thing getting a good deal is another how much of the farm do you sell

oil stocks are not dissimilar they have something viable but can’t monotise it without getting a farm in partner and usually holders get a right royal shafting with dilution

I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt but they need to get something locked in pretty soon

I find it very strange that directors and subs haven’t been buying at these low levels that’s a red flag for me

Every day that goes by is another burn on the cash reserves

It would be good if FBR could build apartments, the market is opening up as companies collapse
