This company has caught my attention for awhile now - Katerra.

Essentially they are the Prefab version of FBR + WB. Based out of Silicon Valley.

Has backing of Softbank's Vision Fund. Makes me wonder why FBR couldnt attract investors of similar stature.

Looks like sort of their version of Waas.

Interestingly they too sign a similar building MOU with KSA in Oct 2018, also to address KSA housing shortage.

I do believe FBR's turn to sign commercial with KSA will come. But first get the fking HX out - which should be soon according to the quarterly report.

To think of it WB has nearly the entire supply chain to be a digital construction company, bricks, face bricks, roofs, pipes except the Hadrian robot.
Their 2018 Annual Report published 29 June 2019 still indicate high hopes for the JV.
