Interesting. So Melbourne is trailing to house the homeless in $80.000 single homes ( lol , I’m moving home if these shares go balls up and applying for one , it’s a win /win for me lol). A smart government would purchase 3x2’s basic bedrooms home with 2 x 2 bunk beds in each room and very basic kitchen, bathroom and rec rooms. After all it’s too help the unfortunate, 90% would be just happy take a shower and a good nights rest.
