It's sad to see this business going backwards after what looked so promising 12months ago, I remember the days where new customers were being announced almost weekly.
Agreed but I think they are forced somewhat to having to do online sales due to lack of capital to fund a proper sales team and yea it's a tough bet without some heavy SEO which requires again more capital.
The lack of mention on Penta as you highlighted does seem to indicate that's a dead end now too, with such little capital I really don't see how anyone can turn this around..
