If they don't come out of suspension this time round I reckon they're never going to, as it can only mean that AHZ has been unable to find a partner and the next step can only be VA. They're negotiating from a position of weakness, so the delay is clearly not about playing hardball for the best deal - beggars can't be choosers and all. We already know that WP will sign pretty much any deal for money, no matter how adverse the conditions, so to date it seems like no one has made any offers. We also know that TAVR is a potential future money spinner, so big pharma would definitely be looking into it, and definitely have looked at snapping up an existing player. If AHZ is still not attractive at absolute fire sale prices, you have to wonder whether the tech really is all that.
