I am not clear if they need to inform the market in a trading halt until the deal is finalised.
May have negotiated something like a guaranteed loan that just keeps Ahz afloat with a bigger deal pending negotiations. If it is guaranteed then there is no risk of trading when insolvent which is the big one the directors need to look out for.
Unless there is a deal very soon the only other plausible alternative (that I can think of) is a step change in cash received this quarter, which would be very convenient indeed!
if cash received is flat then they simply have to be out of money this late in the quarter.
I am not clear if they need to inform the market in a trading...
