Kind of unfortunate timing to have to put out the 4C so close to funding, but it is what it is.
I like the fact major shareholders are the likely participants in the upcoming deal. Let's hope AstraZen also has a role to play - will represent significant validation of Jeremy's strategy going forward. Nonetheless the devil will be in the detail. I doubt this will be a long wait.
