Frankie - I mostly agree with you but if you look at their clients... they have partnered with Comcast, and serviced CNN, Fox Sports, NBC, Newscorp, the US Army, and 3 big US universities.
It occurs to me that when you go after clients of a certain size, having a flashy website is not the most important factor. You're not marketing to the masses who might stumble on your website.
I highly doubt that Fox Sports, Comcast, and Newscorp gooogle 'online video delivery solutions' and sign up with whoever has the flashiest Squarespace.
