The problem with a swine fever solution is that your pigs either have it or they don't. If they get it you have to cull the whole lot.
Having a solution in place & not getting swine fever doesn't mean you haven't got it because of the solution, it's like trying to prove a negative.
The risks from swine fever are huge for a farmer so any mitigation solution they put in place (nothing is 100%) they have to be extremely confident in.
There's also the issue that Zoono molecules may not be the best solution for every application just by the nature of how it works. For example disinfecting tyres on trucks entering farms using drive through troughs.

So IMO the market for Zoono re swine fever is potentially extremely significant in terms of the company but not a 'billion dollar' one. It's not like bird flu & the vaccines produced by GlaxoSmithKline etc where tens of millions of doses were produced & stock piled worldwide.
If they ended up doing $1m+ a year from the pig industry in the next 1-2 years I'd be amazed.
