Really positive 4C result today, with operating cash flow @ 1.62M for the quarter. This generally converts to EBITDA, with further uplift once adding the adjustments back.
Conservatively we are looking at a run rate EBIDTA of $6.48M with no upside factored in for additional growth.
Great numbers compared to a poultry ~47M market cap, ~7.25X
Direct peers like in the telco sector are trading at way higher multiples:
- UWS just posted OCF of $1M and are trading @ ~ 400X! - 420M cap!
- Spirit ~18X +
Pick any telco sector comparable, they are all trading 15-20X
The stock at current prices is a steal, and when the market finally catches up and rewards these numbers we will get the measurable re-rating.
