I know it is not quite comparing apples with apples but 14M banked (depends on how much work is still to be delivered for this to become revenue) and 20M work in hand (end of Sep, so should be roughly $25M - $5M work completed in Oct estimated) we are already in ball park revenues equivalent to last year and only 4 months into the year.
Agreed need more contract win announcements, but personally feel undervalued at the moment and potential TO target as it seems this is the way companies grow in this industry rather than organic.
