    I think the Receipts will come in under that it really depends if the DPaaS work is prepaid in Dec qtr or lands in Mar - I'm going Mar for my numbers as thats when the bulk of the work occurs - regardless its 500k extra on top of ACV

    OK in Halt - Raising Capital for growth - I'll admit I was wrong but I'm also very much ok with it
