Could be that they have had to exclude blockchain revenue form the whole year meaning $14.5million for the 9 months is correct. Roughly $4million for the first 2 quaters each and about 6.5million for the September quarter. So going by that I'm guessing the company may do about $21 - $23million for the whole 2019 period.

if the company is allowed to start including blockchain revenues then it could be higher. But right now we don't know.
