I thought the announcement pointed to something company making.
No operational updates but expect to hold a conference call prior to the AGM (with all key staff). This would be a first for sometime and last time something similar happened there was the delta deal announced. So I would say they are expecting something...dare I say it. Imminent!!
Just my opinion.
