    Because market traction doesn't necessarily mean more cash in short term. For example, in the business I run I could increase my pipeline of opportunities 50% but I haven't closed them yet - especially as my business has a long sales cycle - same as OCC. I would consider that significant market traction, and I would expect that to translate in to much more business won down the track. Also "revenue" is a different thing to cashflow, the revenue might well be quite different to your numbers above. A 4C only reports cash in and out during a quarter, not the value of the sales closed during that period. In any case, this is a business in the process of becoming commercially viable, so I really only care that the cash is being spent wisely, plenty of focussed sales activity and big market potential (tick, tick and tick IMO).
