Think it is mainly the Carolina's where one dentist group/provider signed up has multiple sites (around 20 from memory ) although the sign up in Sacramento (or San Francisco? ) a couple of weeks back also was one provider who had also had multiple sites which also are now showing up on awake express.
My guess from working in sales for a Conglomerate with sales quotas , is there will also have to be a level of attrition where some providers wont cut it with meeting the 20 a month quota , so some sites shown may be zombies ie they show up on awakeexpress but are comatosed.
