I am not sure if you are being serious or not.
If so, you are not including revenue. For such comparisons you needs to take revenue minus expenses.... you would only use just expenses if revenue was 0 which is not the case for EOF....
Even if revenue stays the same for the next couple of quarters (which is being very pessimistic), there is still more than enough cash to finish building the HQ without a capital raise.
