I think that ZNO is a victim of how good it's product is & that's why repeat sales are slow to repeat. I.e instead of selling monthly they sell quarterly+ as the product's protection last so long.
Although I still think it is too early to tell whether this is actually the case or whether old customers just aren't coming back.
