they estimated $1.987 million in costs last quarter and actually spent around $2.7 million. it's concerning that they were massively off on their cost base while producing below average and below expected revenue.
as expected, a bigger/better pipeline without any actual sales. these guys make losing $5m a year (and calling it a success) look easy. 2019 was supposed to be, per Peter James, the adoption year that they worked so hard and lost so much money for.... but it was more of the same.
