Premutual comparisons with 100 billion MC companies aside, I wonder if a Cap Raise may be due or may be too enticing for Silvio Itescu & Board to ignore? Despite current events in the pipeline, expenditure remains & continues to be intensive QTR on QTR. International market sentiments R on peak & corrections is compelling, incl carry on effects of Coronavirus outbreaks.

At current high SP, might mgtmt pull the surprise hammer out of the bag to surprise shareholders? ST pain but more safeguard in case of unstable markets? Historically, MSB has so far always taken advantage of a SP run up with additional Cap Raise... Would it be unwise to ride off that as an impossibility? Those I% rates for loan drawdowns look painfully high. With product phase 3 going down final run to finish Line- apart fr the ST pain of further dilution, argument & support for a CR may mean it won't make much of a difference in the long term......
