One argument is why would he do it when he made the good decision not to dilute in the last round of financing? A much higher SP is one. Not needing further drawdowns & associated costs is another. Fact that he will likely be more supported with Phase 3s around the corner, or if he will be blasted by institution holders instead for further dilution ( I don't know ).

88m cash. We don't need it. Maybe not, but certainly advantageous to put the company financially better off.

Yes a CR is possibly not needed or wanted but it's cutting the line. Financing 'may' be needed.

Timing is everything. Conditional milestones may be met and further $20m? funds released fr Grumenthal but the Phase 3 Trial must start this yr 2020 ( accordg to Qtrly). Plenty of excitement, yet realisation of operating costs is concrete & projected. Timing of potential revenues, extra funds from various milestones or options, are conditional, remains to be seen. Plenty of options, however, & for sure MSB lookg better but to say for sure no CR is possible may be premature IMO, without certain info from the inside.
