I am all for contrary posts that point out potential flaws in many of our perhaps too-deep commitment to MSB's cause, and our too-ready willingness to see a silver lining in any cloud that threatens, no matter how black.

But i don't appreciate posters just making things up for clearly selfish reasons, particularly when it comes in the form of a sneering message aimed at someone that so generously gives of his time and knowledge to benefit the rest of us (even though ecoool2 can easily defend himself, and even if the answer to the message could itself be interesting).

I have toyed with the idea of ignoring said sneering poster, but decided not to to at least get the benefit of the debate they kicked off. That being said, the last message was so ungracious, i thought it deserved a (sarcastic) response. Sorry to drag down the level of discourse here.
