They have the ability to kick the can down the road for a couple more years with that blackrock facility. New chairman will be paid 125k minimum for his trouble and correction we are paying the 2 in charge a miserly 350k each. LPE are experts in strata but yet couldn't foresee the prolonged timeframes to get things through strata committees. Hmmmm.
