Hi Friends,

To assist with the understanding of what has been happening at WHK, based on what's in the Quarterly Report, I'd like to provide an easy to understand guide of what has been achieved and what is in the pipeline. I hope you find it easier to grasp and I don't mean to insult anybody.

Please note that these are my interpretations only and, in some cases, my guesstimates; but these are also based on what I understood from the report.

1- Top 12 US DIB - 150 suppliers:

-subscription contract (renewable) - projected Revenue for 2020 - US$525 K
- projected revenue for following years (at least the same) - US$525 K

2 - Top 10 US Fin Inst - work being undertaken and likely to have revenue implications for 2020 and beyound

3 - 1st Contract US - CIO - 5 years

- revenue expected (based on 6 months 2019 actual of US$45 K) is - US$90 K
- projected revenue for remaining years = US$90 K

4 - 2nd Contract - US CIO - 5 years

- expected revenue (average - my guesstimate) - US$500 K

5- 3rd Contract US - HSC & CISA - 7 years

-expected revenue for 2020 and remaining years
average based on guestimate - - US$250 K


The total projected revenue for 2020, if I'm reading it right, is - US$1.365 m

Without any other Revenue (unlikely) this would represent a 65% increase in Revenue from 2019.

Please keep in mind that the SaaS subscriptions are likely to boost the Revenue considerably, as well as other additional work that may be undertaken and billed by WHK during the year.

In summary - things look quite positive to my way of seeing.
