How can a company in this position be paying out 2.5 mill in dividends
They take out a 10 mill loan with some randoms. Guaranteed they will convert into shares which will dilute the crap out of JAT.
You need to look past the fact that its 'cashflow positive' and actually question the numbers in the report.
