In January 2020, JAT borrowed a further $5 million from Topwei Two Pty Ltd for a term of up to one
year. The funds were utilised for the $4 million instalment of purchase price for ANMA (see terms
of the acquisition set out in the ASX announcement on 8 August 2019)
Rights issue was suppossed to be used for this, so does that mean they cant place the shortfall now or they can but pay this loan back immediately.
Why didn't they place the shortfall to this entity is all I am saying
