We own a facility worth $20M with free cash flow of $1.7M for the half year and cant go to the bank and borrow money lol..
Pay interest then issue them shares with a 85% discount. Good return on your investment if you can get it
This will end up being taken private using public money once they get to 80-90% with dilutions so not prepared to sit back for the next 12 Months with no return on money.
