I agree that the last quarter was disappointing and I expected a much better. That said you have to be very careful about quarterly revenue and especially expenses. Q3 production and manufacturing costs were too low and I think some of this expense fell into Q4 making cashflow look worse than it actually was. Also I think that forecast cash-outflows for Q1 has a good chance of coming in a lot lower than their estimates, just like their forecasts for cash-outflows were dramatically overestimated for Q1 2019.
This is the great thing about the market, as it tends to over react at times presenting great opportunities for longer term investors. Just my opinion but I really think SCL has the potential to be an amazing business and this looks to be a great buying opportunity.
If verify starts to get traction, which I believe it should in the next 6 months, the stock will re-rate massively.
