But as said before, what if Procura has no need for Tambla?

Since DMX bought in last July, Tambla, has decreased in value by 24% (it was 55c a share on July 26) ...so investors in that fund must be getting a bit impatient?

So I have been diving a bit deeper into AlayaCare.

Firstly I saw a comment on the AlayaCare page stating:

Tambla is partnering with Payroll Integration,

IMO the Procura takeover and now Arrow Solutions takeover can only be good for Tambla, I believe the bigger AlayaCare can get with there workforce, the more payroll systems there going to need.

These are just my findings, would love to know what you think
