I don’t dispute the decision was a good one.. but not for those who got caught buying in the high 40s on all that transparent news and media interviews and commentary only to be transported back to quietsville and high 30s on a cap raise.
My point that I made a few posts ago still stands, hazer and chiyoda knew of the MOU.. and there is a good chance if I was in ‘the loop’ with either of those companies. I would’ve possibly known also. Sp seemed to rise towards the end of December. Coincidence, maybe.
All of the other MOU’s have been announced to market when they were signed. Now there is a legal loop hole in that an MOU is a non binding agreement, and so doesn’t need to be announced to market, but the definition of insider trading is that someone has information that you don’t and trades on it that is price sensitive. (Again loophole) does it pass the pub test.. nope.. is it legal... yep...
But how many other deals and speculation are there going to be now that you know they don’t announce exciting news like this..
Oh and by the way tesla have signed up for as much graphite as Hazer can produce for their batteries. It’s an MOU we don’t need to know. And one of the directors is selling their stake, you will find out who at the next quarterly. (it’s all BS by the way) but who knows.
it’s contemptuous.. they are using your money and telling you nothing about it.. it’s great when the sp is appreciating.. but if it doesn’t watch your blood boil.. they are accountable to no one.. all I want is a little respect.
