A couple of points that stand out in the announced Chiyoda MOU
It specifically mentions "commercialization of the Hazer technology IN JAPAN" To me that implies a plant in Japan. Not the transport of H2 from elsewhere using Chiyoda technology .
The focus is on low emission hydrogen, not renewable or zero, which points to Hazering imported hydrocarbons, most probably LNG. Placing this MOU as additional to the discussions on Hazer and Biogas in Asia.
