you miss the point here, Hazer advises that it has entered a MOU with Chiyoda ,thats all we
shareholders and prospective shareholders need know, the detail can be left for whenever Hazer
wants to divulge it. The term is..... Price Sensitive and I consider the Headline just that.
I don't think...Incomplete proposal or negotiation holds water in this case
