I agree you could interpret it that way, but on closer examination , there is no opening for the lawyers
The title is a bit ambiguous, so I can see how those conclusions could be reached. Correctly read, there is an appendix 4c dated 31/12/19, a seperate real time company update and the quarterly cash flow report all in the one document.
Within the document where it relates to the time period of the 4c, it includes wording like "during the quarter" to give a time context.
Notably the Chiyoda MOU has no time context, which places it outside of the 4c and quarterly cash flow report. HZR did make an error in reporting a quarterly as 6 months (highlighted)), but that is a pretty minor typo.
