what needs to happen is Henry needs to take a pay cut until this business is rewarding its shareholders. he is paid well and truely above market rates and accruing performance shares.
yeah they are progressing but he is part of the cash burn that needs addressing and good businesses are lead from the top.
this conflict of interest has not impressed me from day dot.
