I emailed Ross regarding why questions on executive pay were dodged and though default his response made sense. In addition he did note that costs are coming down due to focus on pre engineered solutions. Please find his response below
Thank-you for your email. The remuneration of executives is regularly reviewed by the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and the Board. This is not a matter we comment on publicly other than through the annual Remuneration Report that forms part of the Directors Report. Relevantly, significant steps have been taken to reduce overheads. As noted in the December 2019 Quarterly Business Update: “Fluence has further reduced its overhead costs compared to FY 2018, with at least (unaudited) annual savings of $5.0 million (12% reduction YoY). This reflects the Company’s continued shift towards pre-engineered Smart Products Solutions, which requires lower headcount and other overhead.” These efforts are continuing. Best regards Ross
