I'm not concerned about the virus. Yes there might be delays but we are used to those and the fact is if there are delays this is probably best case. A virus which is a health issue which would put emphasis on water treatment when things are resolved and in China who move very quick when they want to.
Once the virus has been contained i think iTEST and Fluence will catch up for the lost time as the government will not want any other health issues.
Not only for current deals but it could also fast track future deals.
