    I think the best question to be asking Henry is what learnings were gathered from the IC deal? What processes have been put in place to help to gain and execute this sort of deal in the future? What mistakes have they made that they have learned from and What plans he has to improve? Answers to these questions would be most telling.

    As for cutting costs and EBITDA profitability, this is probably due to the company spruiking those achievements so hard that they put themselves in that position. My thoughts are this is a small cap growing company, often times in order to grow your costs do continue to increase and companies are not profitable until they mature. If this was a tech company people would look at the costs and the recent deal and treat this company very differently. Uber, Afterpay other names like that grew sales very quickly but not profitably. So I think the focus should be growing revenue and establishing the MABR tech, they should have just articulated it better to investors.
