Thanks for the great questions Norfolk101, a 4C is a confusing document.
We are required to list expected outflows for the next quarter, but there is no opportunity to list expected income, which will also be significant.
To clarify, we are very happy with our overall level of staff cost, and have no challenges with meeting awards and penalty rates.
