Objectively, your last post referenced the last announcement, and concluded the license decision would be coming soon, hopefully next week.

By referencing the announcement, then projecting how soon the decision might come, you made it sound like the announcement itself corroborates your sentiment in some way. It doesn't.

Maybe that was not your intention, but for someone else reading you, the assumption is that you have some sort of reason to project a timeline.

It isn't a big deal: just good to be clear when you are voicing unfounded hopes based solely on your own desires. It helps us all understand each other, and removes room for misunderstanding.
