So why would anyone buy the SPP?
Cheaper on market.
The underwriters would be nervous about committing funds and would prefer to snap up shares on market.
Or is this a simple arbitrage opportunity for mum and dad investors who want to make 5% or so?
I feel management needs an acquisition to set the SP north. Otherwise it is heading south.
